Got a photo mess on your hands? Old, unlabeled family
pictures spilling out of shoeboxes, falling out of albums and deteriorating in
the attic or basement?
Show us your photo mess and you could win a safe place to
store your family photo archive, plus expert photo preservation advice from the
Photo Detective!
To enter
Submit a picture of your photo mess along with a short
paragraph (fewer than 150 words) convincing us why you need photo-organization
help. You can post your photo and story to the Family Tree Magazine Facebook page, or e-mail them to us. Family Tree Magazine editors will choose the entry displaying the worst
photo mess, as well as two runners-up.

CONTEST DETAILS: All online entries must be received by
11:59 p.m. Eastern time, Wednesday, Aug. 31, 2011. One winner will be selected
by Friday, Sept. 2, 2011. Employees of F+W Media and their family members are not eligible to win.
Winners will be notified by e-mail and announced in the March 2012 issue of
Family Tree Magazine. By submitting your photo, you affirm that you are the
owner of the image and it is not subject to copyright by any other party. You
also grant Family Tree Magazine permission to crop the image for publication
and to use the image and your name in any and all print and electronic media.
