Nominate a Difference-Maker!
Do you know of someone who's made a difference in genealogy? Our January 2008 Branching Out profile of young genealogist Anthony Ray marks the start of an ongoing series celebrating genealogy's unsung heroes—people who've preserved records or eased access to them, helped others who otherwise wouldn't be able to learn about their family history, or raised the profile of genealogy research in some other way.
We'll pick a different person to profile in each 2008 issue of Family Tree Magazine, Then we'll ask readers to vote for their favorite nominee.
The Difference Maker of the Year will receive $100 toward his or her genealogy pet project plus a free one-year subscription to Family Tree Magazine. Submit your nomination using this form—we'll contact you by phone or e-mail should we need more information about the person you're nominating.
