Spell your great-grandfather's name. Was he married in during WWI and where do you think he lived, I will try a lookup for you.

If the one or both of following are his children he may have married between 1910 and 1915 in the area. Also, Asmara was Catholic, her family must have loads of records at St. Mary's including marriage, baptism death etc. If nothing else it would rule her out as related.

Asmara Lucy Haddad, 87, of Marietta, died at 9:06 p.m. Sunday (Sept. 4, 2005) at Marietta Memorial Hospital.

She was born Oct. 9, 1917, in Marietta, to John and Iole DeNino Brunicardi. She was a graduate of St. Mary?s Catholic High School. The Brunicardi family had operated Brunicardi?s Restaurant on Putnam Street. Her husband, George, had owned and operated the Marietta Wholesale Grocery on Front Street for many years. Asmara was a member of St. Mary Catholic Church and the Catholic Women?s Club. She was an avid reader and was known for her hobby of collecting knick-knacks and was also an avid fan of Notre Dame.

She is survived by two daughters, Georgeann Burton (James) of Atlanta, Ga., and Lucy Haddad of Marietta; a son, Michael J. Haddad (Ida) of Columbus; six grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; and by Rita Offenberger, a close personal friend of the family.

She was preceded in death by her husband, George Richard Haddad on Sept. 24, 1977; they had been married on Jan. 13, 1942. She was also preceded in death by two sisters, Mary Kidd and Italia Brunicardi.

Memorial Mass will be held at 10 a.m. Thursday at St. Mary Catholic Church. Burial will be in Mound Cemetery. Friends may call from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday at the Marietta Chapel of .

I've done enough research to tell that the people you've posted information on aren't him (I've come across some of them on similar searches).
