Names in Stone
A smaller but snazzier addition to the cemetery-site landscape, Names in Stone offers dynamic updating, interactive mapping and GPS coordinates. Nationwide Gravesite Locator
This stateside counterpart to the American Battle Monuments Commission searches burials of veterans and their families in VA National Cemeteries, state veterans cemeteries, and various other military and Department of Interior cemeteries. It also finds veterans buried in private cemeteries when the grave bears a government marker.
