No service at all since I subscribed to VIP.
For the past year since I subscribed to your VIP service, I cannot get any free downloads or unlocked articles that I should be able to get. I have gone through your customer service by sending many e-mails and support contacts. They never resolve any of the problems I have and when I respond to questions they ask me, I get back the same replies they have sent me earlier. I only see your company as a customer money grabbing non-service company. You want my money but I never get anything free for it as you state on your website pages. Improvements Made!
Before purchasing, I read the reviews that were on the site and really thought about it. I had heard about the VIP Membership on the Podcast - which is really good BTW!! I am already a subscriber to the magazine and there were some issues changing over to the VIP when I already was receiving a subscription but FTM said they'd extend my magazine for the time I have left on the regular subscription part. Customer Service folks were helpful on that but it did take a couple e-mails - in their favor, they were all answered PROMPTLY! It also looks like the comment of not being able to find the premium articles quickly in the earlier reviews has been addressed as there is now a drop down for the articles from the Home screen. I got into over a dozen with no problem and am looking forward to going back and spending a lot of time here. In my case, I've only been receiving the magazine for about a year so there's lots I've missed. If you have all your back issues, not sure how useful one might find this. I haven't purchased anything yet but am interested in a few things so I'll give that a try. I'm giving it a 4 for the possibilities & hoping it lives up to it! I do find FTM and their podcast to be a great resource and I have faith they will continue to refine the VIP memberships. It would be nice to see maybe some of the older webinars added for free for VIP members. There's so much out there for free on YouTube now I don't think I will really be purchasing any of the webinars now but I'd watch if they were free. : ) Review by SHB (Posted on 4/9/2018)
VIP Membership Seems Worthless
I signed up for the VIP Membership in November 2017. I still have not received one printed issue and cannot find anything on the website that does not want me to pay additional money for. I would not purchase this membership.

Frustrated with access to VIP program benefits
I cannot find how to get to anything that the VIP program is supposed to offer. I also sent a message via your website trying to get help. I eventually received an email stating you had been overwhelmed with order and messages and I needed to send my message again if I was still having issues. I then received an email wanting me to rate my service. What service, I never received any and still cannot find what I've paid for!

Any article I find with the lock symbol, shows that I need to log in, even though I am. I go ahead and fill out the login box and am taken right back to the same screen, telling me I need to subscribe or login.

Not Good!
Purchased a VIP membership and I can not access anything. What Laura says above that the VIP membership does not include access to the archive does not match what is advertised in your chart. You should have a web site that takes the customer to what they paid for not act like they still need to subscribe. I log on and it keeps asking me to subscribe. Given that you have not had one positive review I think you would improve your product. If this does not get corrected I will be asking for a full refund. Review by Jeffrey (Posted on 1/15/2018)
Frustrated user
I can't find access to magazines and articles that should come with this membership of $149!!! I also understood it was access to past issues as did the previous reviewer. Please help me find what I need!

Hidden access to VIP program benefits
Access to the VIP PROGRAM benefits is so obscure that it is impossible to find. Since it includes downloads of past magazines--that's great--try to find them. Please make this $60 annual fee benefit program easier to use!!! IT IS NOT USER FRIENDLY. If one can't access it easily, what good is a subscription? My only downside on this is hidden access; that is why it rates one star.

  7. To save your purchases to your computer please do the following: 
    *PC Users: Right click on the download link, select Save Link As (Firefox, Chrome) or Save Target As (Internet Explorer).
    *MAC Users: Hold the Ctrl button while clicking on the download link and select the option Save Link As (Safari).
  8. Save the download(s) to your “Desktop,” “My Documents” or other favorite folder. Click Save.

Digital Courses and Streaming Video

If you have purchased an on-demand courses or video you can access your product immediately by following the directions below. If you have purchased course with a start date you can still access it by following the directions below but may be limited to what you can access until the course starts at the date that was described in the details section of the product you purchased. 

Here are instructions for accessing your course:

  1. Go to
  2. Click on Sign Up/Sign In at the top right corner.
  3. Sign in with your email and password.
  4. Click on Welcome, (your name)! At the top right corner
  5. On the left side of the screen click on MY Workshops.
  6. Click Go to Course link to the far right of the course title. If nothing happens, verify that your pop-up blocker is off.
  7. If you are directed to a screen asking for your name and email address, fill in the information.
  8. You will be taken to your Dashboard, where you will see your course listed.
  9. Click on the teal button to the far right of the course title. It should either say Start Watching or Continue.
  10. Click the Play button to start viewing the course.
    *If there are course materials available, they will be found under the Menu tab at the top of the viewing window.

To Access Course Materials:

  1. Click on the Menu tab.
  2. Click on Resources.
  3. You will see the number of Files available for the course.
  4. Click Files.
  5. Click View/Download to the right of the file title to access it.
Most of our courses are not downloadable and must be accessed via streaming while logged into your account. You have unlimited access to your course and can view it as many times and as often as needed. For courses on desktop or laptop computers, you will have to allow pop ups on our website from your web browser. Many web browsers will display a small notification at the top of the page that reads "popup blocked" upon clicking "Go to Course." Click on this notification to enable popups on our site. This will allow you to view the course.

If you do not see this notification, you simply have to navigate to your web browser's "settings" and disable your popup blocker there, or choose to allow popups on our site.

For instructions on Chrome go to

For courses on Apple mobile devices, such as iPad and iPhone, go into iPhone settings -> safari -> block popups and turn it off.
Then when you click on "go to course" from your device's internet browser app, you will be asked to allow popups for this site. Choose yes, and you should be good to go.
